It’s been a busy couple of years for 1st in SEO.
We’ve learned a lot.
We’ve also made a ton of mistakes; everything from bad hires to questionable financial decisions but along the way we’ve stayed profitable and never wavered from our commitment to exceptional customer service.
It’s that commitment to our customers that drives us. It’s why we’re constantly trying to get better, seeking new opportunities to learn about our industry and taking on challenges that more traditional marketing companies don’t have the audacity to.
We’ve worked with brands and individuals from all over the world; from Manhattan to Sydney, Los Angeles to Barcelona, to local companies right here in Albuquerque.
Working with so many different companies has taught us the value of communication skills and this is one area where we are sorely lacking.
We’re like a carpenter that never finishes the renovations on his own house.
And over the last two years we’ve completely neglected to deal with our own reputation issues often choosing instead to stay hyper focused on our customers, spending zero dollars on marketing for our own business.
While that’s easier than confronting our company’s issues they are something we can’t ignore.
That’s why it’s time we clear up a few things:
